Engineered Stone

Engineered stone bench tops are made from quartz crystals held together with a resin binder. They have a similar appearance and properties to natural stone, but they possess benefits not available with natural materials.

Engineered stone is hard-wearing and quite scratch resistant, at a lesser cost than marble and granite.It has the advantage of being nearly as hard as granite, but won’t crack as easily. There is also no sealing required as there is for marble and granite bench tops.

Another advantage is the heat resistance so hot pans won’t leave marks on your bench top.

There is a great variety of colours available, which we source from Caesarstone (many are on display in our Wangara showroom).

Caesarstone quartz surfaces come with a 10 year limited warranty.
